Due to recent growth, the New Farm branch are seeking an energetic and professional Project Administration Support officer to the team.  This is an exciting opportunity to join a team of industry experts who are passionate about working in the construction sector.

Primary Objective

In the position of Project Administration Support, you will provide a high level of customer service to both internal and external customers, maintain a professional demeanour and enjoy working in a thriving, fast paced environment.

You will also provide general administrative support to the project team including:

  • Answering incoming phone calls and handling all customer queries
  • Work closely with the construction supervisor to assist in the coordination of project activities
  • Prepare documents and quotations
  • Assist with ordering materials and organising delivery to site
  • Assist the Director with administration support and errands
  • Acting as the key contact for the business and ensuring customer satisfaction is maintained
  • Establish relationships and liaise with external stakeholders
  • Mail distribution and organising couriers
  • General and ad hoc administrative support duties as required

This is a full-time, permanent career opportunity to join a fast-paced company where your hard work will be rewarded.  A standard week will see you working 38 hours, Monday to Friday.  The company offer onsite car parking and a remuneration package in accordance with the successful applicants experience.

  • Professional attitude and excellent work ethic
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)
