Our client is a well-regarded not-for-profit organisation providing training services to the Electrical industry. As their business continues to grow, we have multiple opportunities for an Administration and Accounts Officer to join their positive and supportive office team based in Pinkenba.


Administration Assistant 
•    Working Hours: 38 hours Monday to Friday, 8:00 am – 4:30 pm
Duties Include:
•    Providing Administrative support for quality and compliance reporting
•    Records management data entry
•    Enter administration and reporting of student satisfaction surveys and course evaluations/feedback forms
•    Process requests for enrolments
•    Maintain the accuracy of student records 
•    Data input and systems support across all programs and business area

Accounts Officer

•    Working Hours: 38 hours Monday to Friday, 8:00 am – 4:30 pm

Duties Include:

  • Accounts Payable and Receivables ( Arrow / MYOB)
  • Processing invoices and purchase orders
  • Creating and maintaining client records, including pricing & account terms
  • Assisting with debt recovery
  • Attending to accounts administration tasks and supporting the CFO where required
  • Providing administration support to the HR team – Data Entry
  • Assisting with onboarding documentation and maintenance of employee records
