This well-established company specialise in commercial, construction, industrial and domestic electrical services. The Opportunity: You will provide a high level of general administrative support to the office including: Incoming and outgoing phone calls, taking accurate messages and responding to email enquiries Administration support to the Director, Finance and Service Managers Accounts receivable Accurately enter and process payroll and timesheets through XERO Induct and process new staff members, ensuring all paperwork is completed Maintain employee contact details and licences Raise purchase orders Entering invoices into XERO General office duties including filing, scheduling works, etc. Communicate effectively with customers and colleagues at all levels This is a pivotal role in the business where your contributions will be highly valued and reward.
